Stephen Roberts – Journey Through Prostate Cancer
Stephen Roberts is a local lawyer who is a partner at the McTague Law Firm LLP. He specializes in representing employers on Workplace Safety and Insurance law matters. In 2007 at the age of 50 he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He was referred to Dr. Ed Matsumoto at the McMaster Institute of Urology at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton and had a radical prostatectomy performed by laparoscopic surgery on July 5, 2007. He is currently 7 years post surgery and cancer free. He enjoys a full and active life and ensures he gets the most out of every day.
