December 2015 Support Group Meeting

Happy Holidays

We will be having the Hospice Band Quartet for our Meeting on December 8th.

All family and friends are welcome.

If you are able, please bring any Non Perishable goods for Hospice. This would be greatly appreciated.

Also, we will be having a Pot Luck this evening. Please join us in our Holiday Celebration, this is our final Support Group Meeting of 2015.
